IFS Streams is an innovative feature that lets IFS Applications users receive real-time updates and insight into the status of relevant company information and processes. The tool actively alerts users when changes happen in business objects, workflow tasks, IFS Talk conversations, and business events that relate to the employee’s work.

The alerts are fully customisable and sent to the user’s screen of choice - be it a desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone or accompanying smartwatch, giving users a simple way of staying updated with relevant things that are happening in the business. The app lets users filter notifications by type and pin important alerts for enhanced visibility. For those interested to see how it works, IFS Streams can be used in Try Me-mode with demo data without requiring a login or network connection.

Use of IFS Streams connected to your company’s IFS Applications installation requires that your company has a valid IFS Touch Apps subscription.
