The case in question is being heard in the United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia Alexandria Division (http://www.vaed.uscourts.gov/) between Cellebrite Mobile Synchronization Ltd, Cellebrite USA Inc. (Plaintiff) and Micro Systemation AB, MSAB, Inc. (Defendant).

Whilst we cannot comment on any on-going legal actions involving other parties, Radio Tactics have analysed the information and details from the case that have been posted in the public domain (http://www.pacer.gov/) and remain confident that the technologies in question are not used in any Radio Tactics products. Therefore we wish to reassure customers that Radio Tactics products are not, in any way, affected in this action.
