Sensitron Introduces RF Product Line

Sensitron, a price performance leader in power management, has added RF devices to our high reliability product portfolio. The RF Broadband Low Noise Amplifiers and Ultra Flat Gain High Linearity Amplifiers form a core product base for our standard and custom RF capabilities. The Sensitron engineering team has expanded, adding design capabilities with significant experience in key RF products and will continue to expand this product family and develop custom product for the military and aerospace market.

Military Power Management Amplifiers

THE SRF Series includes integrated custom RF Modules up to 30 GHz such as: Gain Blocks and Limiting Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, Log Amplifiers, Frequency Multipliers, Diode Limiters and Detectors, Switches up to 40 GHz, High Isolation Custom Switches and Switch Matrices. Customizations capabilities extend from special RF/Microwave Packaging to Integrated Microcontroller with CAN Bus or Serial interface.

The prototype lab is equipped to supply custom evaluation devices for short demanding development schedules. This lab is supplemented by a Sensitron’s Class 10000 Clean Room for production, and full testing to MIL-PRF-38534.

The SRF11 Series Low Linearity Amplifier operates from 500 MHz to 2000 MHz with a 2dB Noise Figure, gain is 28.9 dB, and Ultraflat at < ± 0.2 dB.

The SRF12 Series High Linearity Amplifier operates from 500 MHz to 8000 MHz with a Noise Figure < 1.4 dB, gain is 33 dB, with Flatness < ± 1.5 dB.
