CF Cases was established in 1980 to design manufacture and supply transit cases for the protection of highly fragile, delicate and sensitive equipment and is recognised as one of the market leaders in this field.

We can provide secure long term reusable cases and cushioning solutions for transporting virtually any product worldwide from component parts, delicate instrumentation, firearms, and electronics to the full integration of in-case operational systems.

Military Flight and Transit Cases

Manufactured to any size in a selection of performance levels with custom produced internal fittings this case range ensures optimum long term use. Fitted with “O” ring environmental lid seals large torsion sprung catches and recessed carry handles. For applications where weight is an issue we can produce using a selection of high performance honeycombed panels. Cases fitted with robust torsion sprung catches and sprung loaded carry handles all fully recessed. Optional external finishes and colours including Desert Sand and Drab Olive.

19” Rack Cases

Manufactured to specification in any body depth with internal sub-frames suspended on either AVMs or Anti-Shock impact absorbing foam, load calculated to provide impact and vibration isolation. Available in a selection of finishes including Drab Olive and Desert Sand.

We can also provide complete bespoke solutions for securely mounting COTS equipment, custom patch panels and connectors, and fully integrate operational systems including all wiring.

Foam Fittings Plastazote

Machined (CNC Routed) and fabricated using only the best available closed cell foams, chemical free and totally inert. (Certified to Def-Std 81-116) We can manufacture all kinds of foam components and internal case fittings in a range of cushioning densities and colours. Flame retardant and ESD grades are also available.

Explorer Water and Dustproof Cases.

CF cases are the UKs authorized military and commercial distributor for Explorer cases .Purpose designed for extreme applications these structural resin reinforced cases have the highest certified specification in the industry, available in a vast standard size range. Ideal for electronic equipment meeting environmental protection level IP 67. Each case has large Anti –Jump catches robust carry handles with comfort grip and padlocking eyes. Additional features include panel mounting frames for in-case operational systems, extending trolley handles and inset castors on the larger models.

Rifle and Multi Weapons Cases

Range also includes rifle and multi- weapons cases that can be internally fitted to suit most firearms and secure laptop cases.

For situations requiring flame retardant specifications and custom colours Explorer cases can be supplied to meet your specific needs.

Cases are independently certified to Def-Std 81-41 level J Stanag 4280 and NATO codified.
