Zero Cases are Manufacturers of quality deep-drawn products, fabricated aluminium products, rotationally moulded plastic cases as well as enclosures and assemblies for defence, aerospace, industrial, medical, electronics and telecommunication markets.  Zero Cases boasts Manufacturing in the UK as well as being able to call upon products manufactured at our parent company.  UK facility is Located in the industrial heart of the UK, Birmingham (close to junction 1 of the M5). 

Aluminium Cases

Zero Cases ‘Valan700’ 19" Shock mounted cases can be fabricated to any U height from 2U through to 26U as standard.  Inner frame lengths can be altered to exact specified sizes to offer full and unrestricted flexibility.  Manufactured from aluminium the Valan700 offers excellent protection to weight ratio along with  excellent environmental screening.  Mountable air conditioning units, RFI, EMI, Tempest screening, fans, storage pouches and castors are all available. Zero also offer custom racking to enable installation of cases into vehicles or shelters, please ask for details.

Plastic Cases

With over 24 standard sizes and 11 colours, all with a full 50mm sway space to protect fragile electronics in the field, from 4U – 15U with a full list of options available, Zero offers excellent capabilities.

To compliment the 19” racks we also offer 52 standard sizes of Rotomoulded transport cases in 11 colours, empty or with custom foam liners, labels or screen printed.

Shielded Cases and Enclosures

2300 standard size carry cases are available off the shelf (COTS), can be fitted with custom foam interior or suspended panels for electronic equipment.  For screening purposes EMI, RFI, Tempest and EMP, cases can be fully shielded using either alochrome or Surtec treatments, IRR paint finishes are also available. 

Peli waterproof Cases

Zero Cases also distribute a wide range of waterproof cases including both Peli Cases and Storm Cases.  These products can be supplied either empty or complete with foam, bezel kits, panel options and labels or screen printing.

19” Air Conditioning Units

Zero Cases offers a complete line of compact, lightweight, thermoelectric coolers for 19” Shock Mounted products in harsh industrial and other environments.  Units feature a simple, efficient solid state "Peltier" design to provide reliable performance.  200 to 2500 BTU /hr models are available in NEMA 12, 4X and Class 1 Div. 2 hazardous location configurations.  These thermoelectric air conditioners are designed to cool your electronic and electrical controls, instruments, computer terminals, printers, telecommunications equipment, surveillance devices, cameras, laser and optical equipment and many other electronics in variety of environments.
