Truvelo Join Marketing Forces

Truvelo Manufacturers (Pty) Ltd Armoury Division and Braddick Defense Systems have recently announced that they will be joining marketing forces in order to promote their products to the African Defence market.

Truvelo Armoury is a privately owned company which entered into the field of barrel and rifle manufacturing in 1994. The success of the manufacturing of highly accurate barrels led to the development of a combination of their own barrel range and sophisticated sniper rifle technology. The proud result of this combination is Truvelo’s range of highly accurate, long range rifles with calibres up to 20x110 Hispano.

Truvelo currently fields AMR (anti-material rifles) in four calibres, namely the 12,7x99mm, the 14,5x114mm, the 20x82mm and the 20x110 Hispano. In addition to this, the Truvelo APR (anti-personnel rifle) series is available in 7,62x51 Nato and .338 Lapua.

Braddick Defense Systems; comprising of four specialised divisions, the combined capability of which are designed to offer definitive superiority to special operations in all environments and fields of engagement. Braddick applies a simple methodology of incorporating experience into each division, which interprets into optimised strength. The four Braddick divisions can be described as follows:
BSAS International (Aviation), Braddick Sniper Division (Sniper Systems), Braddick Robotics Division (UAV’s) and Braddick Security Division (Consulting & Human Resources).

In addition to the joint marketing campaigns in Africa, Truvelo will be designing and manufacturing a range of sniper rifles for the Braddick Sniper Division. This range of rifles is to be launched later this year and known as the BRADDICK Mk.V Range, specifically for military applications.

The South African ‘Africa Aerospace and Defence’ (AAD) exhibition to be held at the Airforce Base Waterkloof, Pretoria from the 19th – 23rd September 2012 will be the first joint marketing initiative entered into by Truvelo Armoury and Braddick Defense Systems. Their stand in Hall 3 will be showcasing their extensive range of products, ideally suited to the various needs of the African Defence Industry. In addition to this, two optics companies will be exhibiting their products on the Braddick / Truvelo stand. These companies are Austrian Telescope manufacturer Kahles GmbH and Swiss Portable Sighting Equipment producer, Vectronix AG.
