Turkish defence manufacturer Yepsan Defense and Aviation Industry Inc. implements IFS Applications

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that one of Turkey’s leading sheet metal producers, Yepsan Defense and Aviation, has chosen to implement IFS Applications to support business-critical processes such as manufacturing, quality management, distribution, and financials at the company’s new plant in Ankara.

Yepsan Defense and Aviation was founded in 2011 and is a leading manufacturer of aluminum, titanium, stainless sheet and machining parts. The company is part of Yepsan Inc., which has provided services to the Turkish defense industry since 1995.

IFS Applications will be implemented at Yepsan Defense and Aviation’s new plant, which, when in full production, will have a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per year. IFS Applications will provide benefits such as traceability, reliability, and efficiency.
