In one of our core competencies – drive shafts – many types are now available as sensory model with EST. Realized by the integration of sensors and the coordinated measuring chain of “core sensing” we offer intelligent drive shafts of highest quality which perfectly transfer a wide variety of measurands from the shaft live and wireless.

Customizing
- We offer you a choice of different drive shafts like no other market player.
- As manufacturer we acquired an extensive knowledge in our more than one hundred years of experience. From us you get drive components which are adapted precisely to your needs – irrespective of whether it is about a prototype, an individual design, a small batch or a large-scale production.
Technical Configuration
- At the beginning you need the configuration of the drive shaft suitable for your application.
- With your performance parameters and the ambient conditions we can offer you different solutions individually customized from our wide product range. Benefit from the advice of our Technical Sales Department, in order to get a reliable drive component for your application.
Development and Testing (R&D)
- Our Department for Development and Testing can simulate applications on our different test stands.
- Before starting a series supply we can check dynamic and static loads as well as determine important data on our wear test stands. Furthermore, we can prepare analysis with regard to drive shafts.
- With EST Elbe Sensing Technology we can support you with field tests. EST enables you to collect useful data under real conditions.
Life Expectancy Calculation
- With your performance parameters we can calculate a theoretic life expectancy (B10) of Cardan and precision drive shafts.
- Therefore, we need your load collectives – at least however torque, rotation speed, angle of deflection and shock load. For the calculation the ambient conditions are important, too.
MRO / Service
- For our understanding service exceeds the area of repairing by far.
- Of course: In case of a machine breakdown the solution of your requirements technically, economically and as fast as possible is the top priority for our service department.
- We offer you express repairs and reproduction of nearly all drive shafts, scheduled revision and logistic handling. Spare deliveries can be effected according to description, check list or sample. You always get OEM (original equipment manufacturer) quality, Made in Germany.
