New T1266 TCXO delivers very low phase noise for mobile communications & instrumentation apps

Q3, 2017 – Mechanicsburg, PA Greenray Industries, Inc. announces the availability of the T1266 Series TCXO.

The new T1266 temperature compensated oscillator is available from 50MHz to 125MHz, with sinewave output to drive a 50Ω load. The T1266 delivers low phase noise down to a floor of -165dBc/Hz – OCXO-like performance without their input power requirements and warm-up characteristics.

T1266 provides temp stabiilty down to ±0.5ppm over temperature and features a low-pro- file, 17.3mm square package and a +3.3 or +5.0VDC supply. The T1266 has external volt- age control with sufficient pull range to cover the total stability of the oscillator over the lifetime of the part.

The T1266 is designed for mobile communications and instrumentation applications, as well as PLL and up-conversion apps.
