Oxley Appoints Darren Cavan as Group CEO

The Shareholders and the Board of the Oxley Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Cavan as Oxley Group Chief Executive Officer.

Darren has had a long and successful career with Oxley, including time spent with both Oxley Developments in the UK and Oxley Inc. in the US.  Darren has a Mechanical Engineering background and a wide range of experience across programme management, engineering, operations, commercial and technical functions. Darren brings to the role over 25 years' experience within the aerospace and military sector, specifically in the LED lighting and electronics arena.

Commenting on his new role Darren said, ‘I am proud to be appointed as Oxley Group CEO, Oxley are world leaders in innovation and I look forward to leveraging our technology and working with customers to develop new solutions. I have a strong belief in the Oxley team and I will work with them to deliver our strategic vision and perform against our ambitious growth targets.’
